The brand is also building out its own farm and facility in Wyoming so it can grow the algae there and make the shoes start to finish. Like the use of bacteria to eat plastic waste, this is a play on sustainability to help the world and ecosystem and run a profitable business. The intent is also to eliminate the use of harmful dyes.
