There are still tons of things to iron out and clarify in the ICO space still related to the ICO frenzy of 2017 and subsequent massacre. The market is clearly telling everyone that these ICO tokens have little value or purpose.
There still remains the question of whether the people that purchased ICOs could sue for damages. We don’t know for a fact how this will turn out, but we do have an actual class action lawsuit in motion now. To wit:
