Nephew of Peyton and Eli Manning

Arch Manning is the grandson of legend Archie Manning, the star quarterback of New Orleans Saints quarterback. His father is Cooper Manning, a former quarterback of his sophomore. Cooper Manning is currently the host of The Manning Hour, a popular TV show on Fox Sports. The most popular bearers of the Manning name are Peyton and Eli, uncles of Arch Manning.

Eli Manning

The elder of the famous Manning sibling quarterbacks, Eli ranks eighth and ninth in all-time in passing yards and touchdowns, respectively. He was chosen as the No. 1 pick by the San Diego Chargers in the 2004 NFL Draft but opted to play for the Giants. Eli led the Giants twice, snatching Super Bowl victories from the Patriots. He finished his career with an even 117-117 record and 366 touchdowns.

Peyton Manning

Peyton Manning is widely accepted as one of the best quarterbacks in the entire football history. He is the only quarterback who can boast of claiming the Super Bowl with multiple franchises — One each with the Colts and Broncos. He also appeared in fourteen Pro Bowls and won five MVPs. Peyton set records first in 2004 and again in 2013 when he threw 49 touchdowns and then 55 touchdowns. He finished his career with 539 passing touchdowns and a completion percentage of 65.3.

Arch Manning is expected to live up to his famous last name and may even outshine his predecessors. According to his coach, though he is aware that his last name is synonymous with royalty in football’s quarterback history, he still can hold on his own.
