Hence, the Seahawks joined the likes of the Green Bay Packers, Denver Broncos, Cleveland Browns, and Dallas Cowboys as NFL teams.
The first club owner Lloyd W. Nordstrum who was also a millionaire, never had the chance to see his team play. Unfortunately, he died of a hear attack eight months before the Seattle Seahawk’s first game ever kicked off.

On November 4, 1979, they managed to amass a negative seven yards when they were playing the Los Angeles, running on a 24-0 loss.

In fact, the home crowd was so loud that in 2005, the visiting New York Giants ended up committing a whopping 11 false start penalties.
